Whistleblower Report Form
The Warren County R-III Board of Education recognizes its fiduciary responsibility for funds received by the district. Board policy DA states that board members, staff and others who have a business relationship with the Warren County R-III School District will act with integrity, diligence and professionalism in matters involving the fiscal resources of the district.
This form has been established to allow the reporting of any alleged financial misconduct by employees, students and members of the public. No board member or employee of the district will retaliate against any individual for providing truthful information in this media or to law enforcement regarding alleged financial misconduct.
