2009 - 2014 CSIP/Strategic Plan

Warrenton’s Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) directs the overall improvement of its educational programs and services. The strategic plan will guide the district and help determine where we need to apply our resources. Warrenton is a good school district where many students are successful and are achieving many goals. It is written in accordance with guidelines from Missouri’s Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. The guidelines require stating goals in sufficient detail to direct district improvement efforts for at least a five-year period. It is important to note that the plan is flexible and will be reviewed piece by piece.The plan will:

     provide objectives in the five sections identified through community input,
     outline strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives and
     explain how the district will measure progress in the upcoming years.

This comprehensive school improvement plan will be updated during the next five years, as the district is guided by its mission, vision and the “Warrior Way.”
