Warrenton Schools will host summer camps in 2013 to provide a fun, skill-building week for all students. Registration deadlines vary by camp; we recommend an early registration to ensure a place at each camp. The basic information is listed below for your convenience.

Please download, print, sign and return the forms to WHS with your registration fee if applicable.

MSHSAA Physical Form 1
MSHSAA Concussion Packet

There is a lot of new information on the MSHAA Physical Form, the most important part of the form is the new information located in the Concussion Packet. Parents/guardians need to read the MSHSSA information regarding concussions. There is a section on the physical form where parents/guardians must sign stating they understand the information about concussions.

Basketball Form
Girls- June 3-6th 2013
3rd –5th grade: 3-4:30 pm
6th –8th grade: 5-6:30 pm
9th– 12th grade: 7-8:30pm

Boys-July15-18, 2013 Boys Basketball Form
9:30am – 11:00 am: Grades 3, 4, & 5*
12:00am – 1:30pm: Grades 6, 7, & 8*

July 22-26 - Football Camp - $50.00 - 5-8 PM
