Community Meetings Were a Huge Success...

The first community meeting which was held on November 6th was a huge success. We want to thank all of the staff, community members, and administration for taking time to help us create the objectives, strategies, and action steps necessary to complete this program.

The Comprehensive School Improvement Program (CSIP) is a “long-range plan” which focuses on the improvement of students’ achievement. The main goal of our CSIP is the improvement of student performance as measured by the State of Missouri. The CSIP is created by a select group of committee members to serve as a "road map" to the long range improvement the district hopes to realize over a five-year period. The five groups are Student Performance, Highly Qualified Staff, Facilities and Instructional Resources, Parent and Community Involvement, and Governance.

The goals and accompanying descriptors are as follows:
1. Student Performance (Standards: 1.1-4.3, 9.1-9.4 and 9.5-9.6)
Develop and enhance quality education/instructional programs to improve performance and enable students to meet their personal, academic and career goals.
